ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
If you would like to order titles at wholesale prices for resale, the minimum order is 5 videos of any single title or an accumulation of titles equaling 5 units. The cost is 45% of the consumer retail price listed with each title. Unless otherwise requested, shipping is by 3-day UPS ground and will be added to the price of the order. Product can be shipped UPS COD, or you may complete the order form and Monument's shipping department will invoice you. When Monument has received your payment, the order will be shipped that day. If you would like to open a retail credit account, please fill out the credit form request and our credit department will e-mail or fax you a form immediately.
